Pathwave Deploys DocketLX Phase I
Provides increased service levels to TowpathLX users.
Algonquin, IL (January 16, 2009) — Pathwave Solutions Inc. implemented and deployed an updated version of its TowpathLX application that now includes an option to use the features and functionality of a new subsystem called DocketLX.
Phase I of DocketLX automatically assigns docket numbers and populates the fields in an online docket sheet that stores information about vehicles towed for outstanding parking violations. The user can choose to add additional information regarding the vehicle being towed such as year, make, model, and VIN of the vehicle as well as the location the vehicle was towed from. Each tow event is automatically time stamped when the tow transaction is processed.
The docket sheet can be printed or emailed at any time. Email addresses are stored so it is not necessary to re-enter email addresses, just click on the email button and the email is sent.
DocketLX replaces a manual entry system and the need to periodically send personnel to deliver an updated docket sheet to the office or local precinct, making the crew in the field much more productive.
